ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR FINANCIAL OFFICE
Part-time with potential to become full-time.
Hamada Financial Group is an expanding financial firm looking to add additional team members to our growing family! We are seeking to hire 1-2 permanent team members. Potential to become full-time! Days of the week and specific hours will be discussed during the personal interview. Candidate must be able to work on weekends and evenings for special events.
Job responsibilities but not limited to:
Administrative tasks- preparing and processing applications, filing & scanning paperwork, office supply orders, maintain an efficient office, preparation for clients' meetings, and update/maintain all client policy and contact information in files and databases.
Customer service-answering phones, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients, special events & the ability to HAVE FUN
Minimum Qualification:
Forward-thinking and goal-oriented
Customer service and organization skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Have prioritization and organization skills
Ability to multi-task and handle revolving deadlines
Basic computer skills- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other applications
Knowledge with social media
Independent worker- must have initiative and be able to work with a team and have interpersonal skills
Willingness to become proficient with proprietary software programs
Pay depending on experience.
