Pac Build, a locally owned and operated general contractor, is currently hiring a full time Assistant Project Manager. The responsibilities of this in-office, computer-based position are as follows:
Communicate with subcontractors and team members regarding new and current projects
Prepare, in detail, timely completion of estimates
Manage bid pricing from all subs and suppliers
Prepare material take-offs & cost analysis
Establish and maintain working relationships with subs, suppliers and customers
Work with our accountant to assist with bookkeeping
Create and maintain contracts and lien releases with clients and subcontractors
Price & purchase materials
Desired Skills:
Ability to read plans and develop cost estimates
Proficiency with or motivation to learn ProCore, Bluebeam, Excel and other MS Office programs
Strong prioritization and organization skills
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Good oral and written communication
Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Impeccable problem-solving skills
Pay depends on experience and ability, with the option of performance based raises.
