Full Time "Quality Assurance" Condo Inspector for Vacation Rentals Management Company.
EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE is a PRIORITY!
Must be available for Weekends (till 4pm) AND Weekdays (till 5pm).
Work week: 5 days, 40 hours.

Requirements:
Excellent attendance IS A PRIORITY
Good verbal and written communication skills
Current driver's license
Current auto insurance and registration
Clean driving abstract
Reliable vehicle (we pay mileage based on the IRS reimbursement)
Computer skills
Detail oriented
Works well with others
Able to multitask
Physically able to do a lot of walking and carrying items
Able to lift minimum 20 pounds
Duties:
Conduct and complete unit inspections focusing on cleaning, maintenance and inventory issues
Follow up with written reports to contract cleaners, coordinators, and Housekeeping staff
Work with contract cleaners on improving the quality of cleaning, as well as improving communication between contract cleaners and the Housekeeping Department
Discuss and follow up with contract cleaners regarding guest, owner and staff complaints/compliments regarding cleaning condition of unit
Call contract cleaners with their daily list of arrivals
Creates work orders for maintenance and or inventory
Cross train in other positions in housekeeping/maintenance
Checks and responds to phone calls, voicemails and e-mails in a timely manner
Provide monthly reports on contract cleaners "performance" and any corrective action taken to the Housekeeping Director
Provide a weekly/monthly report of units inspected to the Housekeeping Director
