Contract and Financing Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day flow of projects towards funding
Check project documents for accuracy and compliance with product requirements
Accurately prepare initial documents for approval to financing partners
Work with sales consultants, office administrators, and accounting department to obtain the necessary documents required by financing partners
Prepare and coordinate invoicing packages to financing partners
Assist with the development, management, and reporting of information in the leasing database
Organize and manage documentation and leasing information developed over the course of the project cycle including, but not limited to, lease PPA, substantial completion, inspection, and interconnection.
Identify and resolve potential roadblocks and issues to keep projects on track
Contract and Financing Specialist Desired Skills and Experience:
Solar or construction experience preferred.
Customer Service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to establish priorities and proactively resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
Strong written (email) and verbal (phone) communication skills.
Flexible, problem-solving skills with a dedication to always getting it right
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong desire to learn about home improvement finance models and energy efficient products
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc
Self-Starter with strong mental toughness and positive attitude
