We are an Auto Collision Repair shop in need of a customer service representative.
Duties Include:
-Scheduling estimate and repair appointments.
-Updating customers and insurance companies via phone, email, and text.
-Assisting in part orders and tracking parts.
-Greeting customers on drop off and pick up.
- Cashing out customers.
- Assisting with shuttling vehicles to and from dealerships.
