Title: Grievance Coordinator, Temp til Aug/Sept
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay:up to $15/hour

Grievance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Reviews, researches, and directs grievances and appeals to appropriate department
Maintains grievance logs in a timely manner, tracks dispositions, and maintains timelines of resolutions in compliance with mandates
Participates in internal committee and interdepartment meetings to make recommendations for performance improvement
Prepares all reports and provides to internal management for review
Grievance Coordinator Requirements:
2 years of office or related work experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Medicaid, Hawaii QUEST and or Medicare is a plus
Ability to multi task, manage a diversity of high priority projects, and demonstrates skills in problem solving and customer service
