We are looking for 18 Customer Service Representatives for a big medical firm. We need representatives in various departments including customer relations, benefits, claims, etc.
Location(s): Honolulu & Kapolei
Manager prefers candidates who are closely aligned to the call center role. Prior experience (or a combination) in the following areas is highly preferred:
Working in a call center environment
Working in a medical/clinical environment
Positions involving stressful situations and good problem-solving skills
4-6 months of customer service; non-retails roles are preferred (e.g. banking, collections, claims, etc.)
Work Hours: 7:30 AM 4:15 PM, (Monday-Friday) + overtime as needed
Primary duties: Assist providers and members with inquiries (e.g., provider eligibility, membership card requests, etc.), resolve issues and identify trends.
Assist members with inquiries regarding medical benefits for health plan.
Check claims history to avoid any denials of claims currently in process.
Focus will be primarily on a few designated lines of business with more complex inquiries.

Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively.
Strong relationship building, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience is highly preferred:
-Working in a call center
-Working in a medical/clinical setting
Available to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
