We are looking for a responsible MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE to perform a variety of administrative and business tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees. Must possess a can do attitude and able to multitask on a day to day operation on a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments for various location
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Submit and reconcile expense reports (credit cards, office supplies etc)
Provide general support to tenants and prospective tenants
Skills
Accounting Degree is a plus but not required.
Proven experience as a MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like multiple phone lines, printers/fax machines
Proficiency in reports via MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail, problem solving skills, research and analyze
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadline on a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time with occasional overtime
$16.00 to $18.00 /hour ( potential $1 increase after six months of employment)
