We are offering a position working with creative people in an exciting environment. The part-time position we are offering is multifaceted and definitely requires a person who can wear many hats and enjoys keeping track of them all. It involves managing, marketing, setting up systems, helping run a non-profit arts organization, good computer skills, home office work and e-commerce in our home office.

We are a couple who have been in business for 30 years and are looking to rapidly grow our craft-based businesses with the right managerial and marketing help. We design higher end products and are looking to shift to a more internet based business, so experience in internet/social media marketing will be helpful. The sky is the limit!

Admin must be highly self-motivated, very capable of working on their own and have a helpful and positive personality. We are looking for a long term associate. We offer flexible hours for a flexible person. If you have experience in successfully taking businesses to another level, great references, enjoy organizing and have most of the following skills please send your resume to us. About 16 hours a week to start, we are flexible.

Applicant should possess the following e-commerce skills:

Web site marketing experience

Affiliate networking experience

Social networking (great writing skills)

SEO knowledge (or at least an understanding of how web optimization works.)

Office skills:

Excellent PC computer knowledge

Microsoft office suite, all of the skills required for running a business with a PC.

Quickbooks

Organizational skills.

Ability to set up office systems

Set up and track wholesale sales distribution network

Track inventory

Good typing skills

Newsletter writing, blogging

Other skills:

Office management skills.

Helpful personality.

Good phone skills

Customer service skills.

Great at problem solving and able to follow through on creative ideas.

Good marketing skills

Anything the designers need to help run the business

Graphic design skills are a plus

Adapts easily to changing situations
