Well-established food + retail company here on Kauai looking for a Merchandising and Operations Assistant. We are a youthful, fun, energetic, and fast-paced company, and looking for someone with similar qualities!
The right person will help oversee merchandise at all our shops, maintain our website, and oversee inventory, as well as various other duties specific to the general operations of the company. This is a behind-the-scenes gig, for the most part, but decent customer service skills and a friendly attitude is appreciated!
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, tech savvy, creative and able to complete tasks while working independently. Our brand is positive and modern and fun - and very well-known here on Kauai.
DAY-TODAY DUTIES
-stocking and organizing in-store retail displays
-maintaining online sales + website
-tracking sales
-inventory control + ordering
-designing + ordering new product
-assist in other misc day-to-day duties
HELPFUL SKILLS
-basic photography
-social media literate
photoshop / illustrator
-website maintenance (via Shopify)
-ability to lift 40 pounds
-team-player attitude
-ability to complete tasks while working independently
-organized + able to keep an orderly space
