We are looking for a person to provide office support which includes but not limited to the following duties.
Schedule AC Service/Repair calls
Schedule estimator appointments
Managing daily calendar using a program we provide
Handling all incoming phone calls
Make any follow up communication at customers requests
Order parts/materials for upcoming jobs
Invoice customers on a weekly basis
Assist office manager in daily duties related to overall company operations
Filing
Drafting quotes as prepared by office manager
Manage office supplies and order as needed
Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, Word. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
Must be able to work independently or as a team member
Pay depending on qualifications
