We are looking for a professional Property Manager in our Condominium Association department.
Job Description:
Codes invoices for payment, inputs into Excel and forwards original invoices to accounting for payment.
Responsible for phone calls and administrative issues for condominiums assigned to Account Executive.
Types/transcribes correspondence, minutes, letters/memos, and other documents. Copies, files and/or distributes appropriate documents and other materials. Prepares reports, spreadsheets, charts/graphs, and presentations as requested. Takes responsibility when directed for overall coordination of materials in preparation for such reports or presentations. In some instances, responsible for database management. As required, attends Board or Annual meetings and transcribes and distributes minutes to participants.
Work with contracted building staff such as gathering bids and maintaining vendor relationships (i.e. janitorial, security, landscaping, etc.)
Requirements:
Great attendance record
1-2+ years of prior administrative experience - preferably with real estate and/or property management experience
Experience in Appfolio and Timberline a plus
Must be able to attend Board meetings
Great computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office application
Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to follow-through and finish projects
Strong written, verbal communication skills
Must have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, and a positive attitude
Must be organized and self-motivated
Valid driver's license, vehicle and good driving record
