You will be inspecting our client accounts to ensure the commercial cleaning services we are providing are meeting company standards. You will be responsible for creating, revising and strictly implementing a set of tightly and precisely defined process/procedures/quality standards that when exactly followed, ensure the final quality of the services we provide our clients.
You must possess the following:
Analytical skills will gather and interpret data, have to be able to spot trends and notice outliers
Organizational skills needed to keep track of issues, results, documentation, and recommendations. Following up with clients as needed
Excellent written communication concise and accurate written documentation is essential.
Interpersonal skills involved in training staff on quality systems, also working closely with our internal operations staff to find and resolve any client issues related to our services
Keen attention to detail must be able to spot when processes dont comply with guidance and provide alternative suggestions. Have to be able to read and interpret the details of external guidance and industry regulations
Critical/logical thinking have to identify problems but also be able to help provide solutions to ensure quality of the services
