Law offices of Ian Mattoch seek dependable, pleasant and articulate person to handle receptionist/medical record administrator position in our Bishop St. Honolulu office. Work hours are weekdays 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Duties include directing incoming phone calls, greeting clients and visitors at the front desk, organizing conference calls, handling incoming mail and faxes, recording receipt of incoming medical records in data base, and following up on outstanding medical record requests.

Annual discretionary bonuses are given dependent on performance.
