Guest Service Support Positions:
Maui Paradise Properties is looking for a new team members! We are looking for highly self-motivated, self-starters and organized to fill our open positions with potential growth in the company.
Experienced Service Managers or new to the industry highly motivated team members to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer and owner satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
Proven working experience in customer service and/or vacation rental market
Advanced troubleshooting/multi-tasking skills and Strong client-facing and communication skills
Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Coordinate/prioritize emergency repairs at units
Work with guests on island
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Work with Reservation Managers to handle guest questions/problems
Answer phone calls, respond to phone messages and email inquiries.
Support guest check-in and check-outs
Assist in scheduling and follow up of maintenance and repair issues
Escort vendors and repair personnel to sites when needed.
Conduct property inspections: cleaning inspection, light bulbs, other items in need of repair.
Be available and respond to emergencies when on callĀ.
Sales minded professional with experience in hospitality, sales, call center or marketing.
Previous working knowledge of any reservations/travel system desirable but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional telephone and face to face manners.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks confidently.
Ability to work well within a team but to act on own initiative.

Purchase miscellaneous items needed at the units
Deliver items as needed to the units
Pre-check-in audits of units
