Pacific Home Loans, Inc. dba Pacific Island Home Loans is headquartered in Irvine, California and is currently looking for a part-time licensed Mortgage Loan Originator on any of the Hawaiian Islands to be our Qualified Employee/QE.
We are a Direct Lender currently licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington state and we are looking to get back into Hawaii.
The refinances are coming with these new super low interest rates and we want to offer our services in every state we can.
An active NMLS license in the State of Hawaii is required. Sales experience and mortgage loan origination knowledge is a plus. We are looking for a loyal and trustworthy person that has demonstrated stability as we want the person selected to be with us for a very long time.
We will offer the MLO that is hired a 100% commission split in all of our States and a $500-800/month Salary.
