Our client in the Kapalua area is seeking a full-time Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of the company's commercial, industrial, and agricultural land and facilities leasing operations. In addition, this role will coordinate real estate development projects that the company is involved in.

Additional Responsibilities:
Evaluate leasing prospects, and prepare and execute all related leasing documents
Manage tenant relations and handle any issues/conflict with tenants and vendors
Prepare and review property database and financial reports
Resolve all property related issues with state and county agencies (e.g. property tax, permits, and compliance and regulation)
Assist in real estate development projectsÂ
Perform other duties as required
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, real estate, accounting, or related field
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or agricultural property management and development
Good computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and time management skills
Ability to handle conflict and diffuse issues
Must possess valid driver's license
