Seeking an experienced "Hands-On Working" Site Manager with leadership, managerial and organizational skills for a 125 town home community association in Kaneohe.
Position requires strong motivational skills “can-do” attitude, excellent ability to supervise employees and assist staff with their duties, finance experience and excellent communication skills, perform administrative tasks and maintain all aspects of the property. Experience in facilities operations and maintenance – proactive oversight of preventative maintenance repairs for the common areas and proactively identify opportunities and recommendations to the Board on projects to reduce operating expenses while maintaining the value of the property. Work collaboratively with property owners, residents, vendors, the property manager and the Board. Experience in using computer equipment, printer and software (particularly Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and Excel). Salary based on experience.
