Join the NAPA Auto Parts team on the Big Island. Our Parts Center Hawaii Waimea store is looking to expand its staff by hiring a Co-Leader.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the Store Leader with planning, implementation, and coordination of store team activities
Assists with recruitment and training of store personnel
Assists with the development of monthly goals and objectives
Monitors daily operating reports and other duties
Qualifications Include:
Experience in retail store management
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must speak English
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must have an acceptable Driver’s Traffic Abstract
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to speak English
Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
