Down to Earth Organic & Natural New Kailua has openings for Deli Counter-help, Deli Prep/Kitchen-help, and Deli Servers.
Responsibilities
All Team Members are expected to assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient way. Deli Clerks additionally assist customers by preparing juices, smoothies, and sandwiches as they're ordered.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 6 months of retail/food service experience. Light food prep experience, knife skills, and knowledge of vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free diets desired but we're willing to train if you can provide excellent customer service. Successful applicants will be supportive of a vegetarian lifestyle and have an outgoing customer and team-oriented personalities.
Starting Pay Range
$12.00 - $13.50 per hour, commensurate with experience and education. Evaluations (with potential generous raises) are once per year.
Shifts
Flexible availability needed, with the ability to work any shift.
We generally provide our team members with a fixed schedule so they are able to plan out their lives outside of work!
