American Carpet One Floor and Home, a well-established employee owned company consistently voted as one of the best places to work, is looking for a talented individual to expand its Kitchen &Bath design team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building business from a large existing customer base while working closely with a sales team
Working with trade professionals and their clients to design and quote K&B projects
Designing kitchens, bathrooms, bars, entertainment systems etc., using the 20/20 software
Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all K&B projects from inception to completion
Maintaining pricing and merchandising for the K&B department
Responsible for ongoing K&B Product and Service Training
Leading educational events for trade professionals and sales team
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with other teams members
Minimum two years of sales or design experience preferred
Working proficiency with computers and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Access to vehicle; valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record
Able to work any day, including weekends and holidays.
