STOKE BROKERS WANTED

Quality Surfboards Hawaii wants you to be apart of our team!
We're looking for full time and part time retail associates who are:
enthusiastic, personable, self-motivating, clean, able to provide accurate product information,
and able to help customers in the purchasing process.
Employee Incentives:
Training is for three months at $11. Then $12.
We have two FULL TIME positions with Medical Available (must work 5 days)
There is also three to four PART TIME positions (3 days)
- Positive attitude and comfortable with sales is a must!
- Cash register experience and computer proficiency
- Able to take initiative during down time
- Flexible schedule necessary to open/close shop, including nights, weekends, holidays
- Knowledge of the island and of surfing
- Knowledge in social media, marketing, graphics, or photo shop a plus. not required.

Strong organizational and follow up skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to work with others while building a team oriented environment
Ability to think strategically, take direction and formulate plans for improvement
Ability to collect and analyze data for continued process improvement
Experience in graphic design, advertising, promotions, and marketing (Geat, but not required)
Proficient with Office, Word and Excel (Great, but not required)
Must LOVE TO SURF!
