Position Summary:
Assists in the overall daily operations of ATM/Armor/Courier/Vault technicians for all shifts. Position reports to the Kona Branch Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, supervisory assistance, support, and instruction to all technicians and supporting positions during the manager’s absence.
Maintain control and guidance to ensure operations remain efficient, effective and performs at a high level of expectation with little or no guidance.
Assists with daily reporting (gathering and disseminating on a timely basis)
Provides coaching and counseling when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum one year management or supervisory experience
Strong math skills preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates superior customer relations skills
Must be at least 21years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a Hawaii State Driver’s License and an acceptable traffic abstract
Firearms experience preferred
Be a U.S. citizen to qualify and pass the Firearms licensing requirements and testing in the State of Hawaii
Be registered or in the process of registering with DCCA to obtain a State of Hawaii-Guard card (Company will assist in process if qualified)
Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Must be flexible and able to maintain a positive mental attitude at all times

Able to take initiative and manage the team on a daily basis
Demonstrates effective procedural knowledge and time management skills
Background in security or security related field helpful.
