Resident Specialist 1 (Security Officer) positions for a premiere luxury high rise condominium located in Waikiki with excellent benefits.
Positions for Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED related experience preferred.
-Must pass a background check and drug test.
-Condominium/residential security background preferred.
-Superior customer service skills required.
-Must be computer literate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Security training license in accordance with HRS 463-10.5 preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
-Thorough understanding of security operations.
-Responds appropriately to emergency situations.
-Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
-Demonstrated excellent people skills/customer service friendly.
-Courteous telephone manner.
-Ability to direct work by providing instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
-Demonstrated knowledge of standard office productivity software.
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various internal and external documents and reports.
-Ability to write reports and correspondence in a clear and concise manner.
-Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
-Ability to be an effective team member.
