Tours Around Paradise LLC.
We are a new tour company based out of Waikiki Shopping Plaza, our main focus is on selling Circle Island Tours, Pearl Harbor, Pub Crawl, Catamaran Trips, and Luau Tickets, though we have contracts with all other island activities which will allow for more opportunities for sales!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Motivated Salespeople: To conduct bookings at our various locations and portable kiosks throughout Waikiki! Our main activities include circle island snorkel tours, trips to Pearl Harbor, Luaus, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Pub Crawls, Zip-Lining, and practically every other activity you can think of offered throughout the Hawaiian Islands. (Bi-Lingual a HUGE plus!)
- Drivers/Guides: (Bi-lingual a huge plus!) with and without CDL, with and without personal buses.
Compensation: Pay is commission based, but we offer a 50% profit margin on our main activities which include (circle island tours, pub crawl tickets, pearl harbor) other privately contracted activities which are around 10-15%. such as Kualoa Ranch, various dinner cruises, most Luaus and etc.)
Requirements:
- Has a cell phone with an active data plan
- Good social skills
- No outstanding warrants or serious trouble with law enforcement
- Has to wear the company T- Shirt
- MUST conduct tour bookings online with our assigned tablets and database username/password to accurately track bookings made each shift.
