We are now hiring Concierge Sales Agents who will serve as Ambassadors of Aloha to help others experience our beautiful Island in ways they will never forget. As a Concierge Sales Agent you will be working with our guest to book their activities and tours while they are here on Oahu. You may also be booking tours and activities on the outer Islands for our guest depending on their traveling needs. Our Concierge Sales Agent will work in our Pleasant Activity Centers and Hotel Concierge desks in multiple locations on Oahu.

Sheraton Waikiki
The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort
Hale Koa
Hilton Hawaiian Village
And many more locations throughout Waikiki!
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years, preferred)
Experience working within the tourism/hospitality/travel field (highly preferred)
Exceptional sales and customer service skills (preferred)
Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands
Knowledge of the Tours and Activities we have to offer (training provided)
Ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needs
Love for interacting with people from different cultures
Ability to take initiative, work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
Basic computer literacy (required)
Experience using a POS system (preferred)
Bilingual Japanese (highly preferred)
Job Type: Full Time and Part Time positions available
Salary: base hourly pay + commission on tours and activities sold (base pay rate is subject to experience and qualifications)
