We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, your expertise in customer service and passion for UGG products will enable you to drive sales and boost customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate creates a memorable shopping experience by embracing a cheerful and cooperative attitude while exerting eagerness to meet the needs of any customer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
Direct customers throughout the store to address their needs or requests
Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
Maintain store image by adhering to the dress code as outline in the Policy & Procedure Binder
Operate the cash register without error and be consistently accurate in money handling
Practice conscious security measures that help prevent theft and understand procedures for handling shoplifters
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with customers and teammates
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deal with problem situations in a professional manner
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
0-2 years of experience
