Bougainville Flooring Super Store, a well-established local retail company, is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join its sales team.
Requirements:
Able to work on weekends;
Excellent customer service skills;
Willingness and desire to find the best products at the best prices to fit customers' flooring needs;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs;
Able to understand, speak, write, and read English;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Willingness and ability to perform all required sales duties;
Being responsive to customers' inquiries; and
Working in a team environment where customer service is more than just a slogan.
Minimum two consecutive years of full-time work experience in customer service, retail or wholesale sales is preferred.
Work Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; some early morning sales training sessions and meetings. This is an exempt position.
Work Days: Five days/ week. Must be able to work on weekends.
