Position Overview:

THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOLAR SALES EXPERIENCE.

This opportunity is for a Director of Sales to manage the entire sales efforts of an established solar company that offers a comprehensive suite of products. This position will be part of the senior leadership team and will be based in Kahului, Maui.

The Director of Sales will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans sufficient for the Company to achieve its sales goals. Additionally, the Director of Sales will have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of the Company's Annual Operation Plan (AOP), and to create a strategy to achieve

the monthly targets

- Create periodic sales forecast and monitor progress to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual AOP

- Recruit, train and manage sales staff anywhere else the Company may operate

- Interact with sales staff daily to ensure individual task and company sales objectives are being met

- Oversight of all proposals to ensure they are correct and proper margins are achieved.

- Develop, oversee and remain educated on all financing institutions utilized by the company, or that may be of use

to the company

- Remain up to date on new industry developments and new products.

- Research, select and staff events, tradeshows and other opportunities to help generate sales leads in order to

achieve the Company's AOP

- Develop lead generation programs such as telemarketing and web lead generation programs among others and

monitor for level of success

- Responsible for the development of sales materials

- Develop a marketing program and budget to generate sufficient sales to achieve the Company's AOP

- Develop sales incentives and promotions on a monthly basis

- Responsible for the development, and roll out of a sales training program for all sales staff

- Conduct weekly sales meetings

- Perform sales calls with sales people to train and review performance and work on any deficiencies

- Ensure all sales leads and opportunities are consistently tracked and updated based on the Company's

procedures
