Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 1100 locations open worldwide. Our Kapolei location is currently seeking qualified trainers and instructors who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our members. We are locally owned and operated.
As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 36 clients per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time. A coach must be able to successfully motivate multiple clients in a group setting. The focus is on a well-rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the client's experience and results.

Skills/Qualifications:
- A strong passion for helping people
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Attentive, outgoing, positive, and motivated
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fun, busy, and high-energy environment
- Group Exercise Instructor Certification and TRX Certification preferred
- Current CPR/AED Certification preferred
REQUIRED:
- 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
- Current Personal Trainer accreditation from: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or AFAA (not all listed). OR Bachelor's degree in an exercise related field
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50lbs
