Spa coordinator/ Front desk Assistant reception Manager

The title continues to evolve as duties expand.
You will be working with Reception Manager and assisting a busy owner.
Receptionists: greet customers, answer phones and book appointments,work with therapist schedules
help with cleaning and reorganizing spa for the next clients.
These days spa coordinators juggle the demands of service providers hair stylists, massage therapists, and estheticians with the needs of clients.
Experience with Booker softwear and or style seat a plus but willing to train.
looking for a Good energy friendly upbeat attitude
Must be a fast learner and able to work in busy conditions
Must be available to work a weekend day as well as during the week
Must be friendly,neat,upbeat and reliable and also work well with others.
Must be Very detail oriented
Must enjoy communicating with guest
