Construction Company based on the west-side looking for skilled carpenter, lead and laborer for remodeling projects mostly on the Westside and occasionally in Kihei/Makena.
Looking for candidate that wants to learn the trades which includes:
1. General carpentry, cabinets, trim and doors
2. Drywall install, patching and texturing
3. Flooring installation including sub-floor leveling etc.
4. Painting
5. Framing
Experience a plus but skills need to be proven.
The right candidate will has the following
1. Own their own truck preferable but a minimum of a vehicle to get to work.
2. Own a smart phone.
3. Own some personal hand tools, tool belt, hammer, dust mask, and tape measure.
4. Have the drive to lean new skills and not afraid to ask questions. Move up in position.
5. Hard working, reliable and punctual.
6. Listen to directions and follow though in a timely manner.
7. Know how to use basic power tools.
8. Lift 50lbs
