Painters helper doesnt necessarily have to have painting experience but must be willing to work hard and take directions well from the experienced painter.
Both MUST be drug free (medical marijuana ok but not on the job)
No alcohol on the jobs
Have positive attitudes and look presentable (painter whites)
Not use cell phone during work hours
Must be able to move and climb extension ladders safely
