Sales Assistant
Oka’s Auto Body is a well-respected, high volume, collision repair shop located in Waipahu, and we’re looking to find a full time sales assistant to join our team. To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, and be ready to make a difference. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize are a must. You must be self-motivated, an independent worker, and have great problem-solving skills.
Sales Assistant duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting the Appraisers and Repair Planners
-Providing exceptional customer service
-Professional Phone, email, and interpersonal skills
-Computer and technology proficiency
-Photo and Repair Procedure research and documentation
-Repair plan processing
-Work order processing
-Posting of Parts and Sublet Invoices
-Balancing work files
-Follow up and payment confirmation
-Must be able to work between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
-Valid driver’s license required
While automotive experience is a plus, we’re firm believers that attitude is everything.
