Position Summary:

Responsible for the direct oversight and branch operations, including dispatch, field operations, and vault operations. Maintains the Company's high standards in exceeding customer expectations for service while meeting Company profitability and financial expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates and supervises the day to day workflow, including prioritizing work, delegating tasks, and assisting with or covering for subordinates to insure complete, accurate, and timely completion of all daily work requirements including special requests.

Oversees, monitors and trains all branch personnel.

Schedules and conducts daily or weekly meetings with technicians to review current performance levels, standard operating procedures, rules and regulations on a continual basis.

Reviews and approves daily and weekly route schedules (unsecured, armored, ATM balancing, and ATM malfunction).

Plans for and actively adjusts scheduling and staffing to ensure a cost effective, efficient operation at all times.

Establishes operations financial and performance goals and objectives, and develops and executes plans.

Responsible for attaining branch financial and performance expectations including but not limited to the areas of labor productivity, vehicle and machinery, safety and losses, employee productivity and turnover, and customer service expectations.

Ensures operational efficiency and field productivity through reviewing daily route efficiency as well as customer scheduled and ad hoc requirements and implementing adjustments as appropriate.

Controls the issuance and assignment of vehicles, combinations, keys, liability and equipment.

Maintains a safe, operating fleet of vehicles through review of driver inspection reports, coordination and scheduling of preventive maintenance and repair activities; updating of vehicle permits, licenses, and registrations, and evaluation of existing capacity with changing operating requirements.

Responsible for vault physical security at all times including proper operation of all security and monitoring equipment and systems, physical integrity of the vault facility and equipment, dual control, and adherence to proper physical ingress/egress procedures including vault operating and closing daily.

Conducts daily vault reconciliation thoroughly and accurately.

Analyzes and schedules ATM balancing requirements to ensure cost effective operations in consideration of minimizing overall system-wide cash levels, minimizing emergency cash replenishment, maximizing ATM up-time, and minimizing potential malfunctions. Forecasts daily and weekly cash requirements.

Conducts and documents the necessary research to reconcile all discrepancies and operational issues, including those involving personnel from other departments, on a timely basis.

Communicates with dispatch supervisors to ensure all necessary and relevant information is shared so that daily vault and road operations are efficient and no service deficiencies or interruptions occur.

Completes and reviews all necessary forms and reports.

Collaborates with and supports supervisors and managers, including other branch managers, to ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues and emergencies, and shares best practices, observations and experiences.

Participates in safety committee meetings and programs.

Operates the Company vehicle following all traffic rules and regulations.

Reports all problems, incidents and accidents immediately to the General Manager and completes any documentation as required.

Maintains a clean and safe work environment and works harmoniously with team members.

Complies with all Federal, State and local laws as applicable to the scope of their duties and responsibilities.

Maintains good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times and while in uniform, ensures uniform is clean and wrinkle free.

Performs all and/or other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

21 years of age or older.

Possess a valid Hawaii State driver's license (or able to convert an out-of-state driver license within 3 months) and an acceptable Driving History Record.

U.S. citizen (required to meet City and/or County firearms licensing requirements).

Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Good at problem solving and analytical thinking.

Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), Windows, and the use of the internet.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good attention to detail and able to perform with a high degree of accuracy.

Highly flexible and able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.

Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal and credit background check.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Hawaii Guard Card.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a license to carry a firearm.

Must be able to obtain and maintain additional security access cards (e.g., RapidGate, TWIC, etc.) as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four year college or university. Or, two (2) to four (4) years related leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience or equivalent.

Work Days and Hours:

Exempt position

Must be available to work Sunday through Saturday, 24 hours. Schedule requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs arise. Must be available on an on call basis, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day.
