Dads Towing hiring dispatchers for all shifts
Applicants must be proficient and have strong organizational and administrative skills to multi-task effectively and the following:
Regular schedule includes weekends, holidays and on call 24/7 for emergencies
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective internal and external communications
Math: Uses basic math functions to perform daily tasks
Reading: Must be able to read and understand business documents and read
Computer: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email; aptitude to learn inhouse systems; keyboarding skills sufficient to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.10 key by touch
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 6 months experience in a similar operation, such as equipment rental operation, sales/retail environment, civil construction, government agency related to road work and/or safety
Familiarity with traffic control helpful and navigational systems
Must have own vehicle and a valid SOH driver's license required. Work schedule Monday thru Friday and some weekends.
General Laborer starting pay $17.00 per hour Merit increase after probationary period based on performance
