Honsador has grown over the years to become the largest building materials supplier in Hawaii. The Company has operations on all four major Hawaiian Islands with branch outlets on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona & Hilo. We also maintain a major facility in Portland, Oregon where building materials are purchased directly from producers for shipment to Hawaii.
Seeking a self-starter, highly motivated individual for work as an Operations Dispatcher. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years related work experience.
Job Duties to Include:
Schedule outgoing bookings with respective freighters.
Physically checking and receiving of all yard material. Documenting the received material on appropriate forms and providing these documents to the responsible parties.
Receiving weekly requisitions from affiliated locations, communicating with yard personnel to ensure accurate and timely loading of requisitions, invoicing shipping documents, clearing back-order transfers weekly, providing documentation to Operations Support for emailing daily.
Create sales orders in for all special order and nonaffiliated orders.
