Jaxon Communications is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based on Kaua'i looking to bring on a full-time web designer to our team! We're a group of strategists, creatives, and marketers guided by a relentless pursuit to achieve our clients' vision of success.
You have the ability to live in both worlds: technical and design. You will design and manage website projects for our clients with support from our creative team for Photography, Video, and Graphic Design if needed. How can this website be more visually appealing? You will be this improvement process!
The Web Designer + Web Developer will be responsible for growing our clients' brand via their website. This is an opportunity to have a direct hand in growing brands.
This is full-time with medical, dental, and vision benefits. Monday - Friday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM.
Must Haves
Minimum 2 years’ experience within Web Design, UI, Visual Design, user experience, web development
Expertise designing and strategizing complex web experiences
Portfolio to share
Experience designing websites built with WordPress
Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color), UX UI, and Plusses
Experience working on an e-commerce site
SEO Skills
Other passions that would benefit the team like illustration, video editing, photography, or 3D design.
