Job Description
Warehouse Manager Primary FunctionSupport the foreman’s schedules by essentially removing their management of material andequipment orders from time of request to delivery to jobsite in a systematic and predictablefashion. Responsible for all material and equipment deliveries in addition to receiving andmaintain stored materials and equipment
Management AccountabilitiesWarehouse organization, safety and housekeeping Receiving and tracking material Tools, Equipment and material delivery Jobsite storage containers, offices and trailers delivery/maintenance Tool and Equipment tracking and assignments Consumables availability and costo At jobsite and warehouse Tools and equipment maintenance, repairs and replacementso Excludes trucks and heavy equipment Job Clean-offs Recycling metals and HAZMAT disposalo For ELCCO managed HAZMAT items only
Other ResponsibilitiesAssists in giving Foreman, Purchaser & PM feedback on material, tool and equipmentdelivery efficiency Operating cost for company warehousing and material/equipment delivery
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesFamiliarity with various electrical materials and nomenclature related to materials. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to safely and efficiently use basic hand and power tools. Able to safely and efficiently operate forklifts, all terrain lifts, and company vehicles.
