- Monitor execution of assigned programs through the use of automated tools (e.g. CRIS, SAFES)
- Provide independent assessments of the 15 SpSS financial posture and advise USSF leadership on decision options
- Have a clear understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) Processes and associate the current financial landscape to the Test & Evaluation Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and President's Budget (PB) submissions
- Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to test range program and staff
- Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
- Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related work experience (relevant experience - field preferred - and education may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 6+ years' relevant experience in a DoD environment with the last five (5) years
