Job Description

What will I be doing?

New Hire Bonus Up To $1,000!

As the Bellperson/Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the daily operations of the Bell/Valet department and assisting the Front Desk with their daily operations.

  • Prioritize and organize work assignments and direct performance of team members
  • Ensure security of room access and hotel property by following established key controls and security policies and procedures.
  • Retrieving, transporting, organizing and storing of luggage and delivering theater tickets, flowers, and all other amenities, as requested.
  • Assist the Bell/Valet team with driving, parking and retrieving of all types of vehicles.
  • Assist the Front Desk team with guestroom tours.
  • Assist in all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in the bell/valet field required.
  • 2years of supervisory experience required.
  • 3 years driving experience.
  • Current and Valid Hawaii Driver's License and a clear driver's abstract
  • The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
