Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:- Provides VTC Support, troubleshooting and diagnosing all VTC related issues. Support VTC and AV mission requirements.
- Provide VTC user training and written instructions/user guides for VTC equipment.
- Serves as POC for all VTC scheduling and coordination.
Qualifications
- DOD Secret Clearance
- Minimum 6 years professional IT experience administering AV/VTC tools
- Certification: IAT-II (Security +), VTC Technology (preferred)
- Specific Technology Experience: Tandberg, DISA DVS-G, Cisco EX60/90
