Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree.

By effectively collaborating on the operations team within a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, the Tech Operations Specialist will provide monitoring of Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) operations. This includes physical security systems, building management/monitoring systems, telephone switching equipment, radio equipment, satellites, and data communications equipment. Your responsibilities while working with your shift teammates will entail responding to alarms, testing services, building trouble-tickets, and providing situational awareness to subject matter experts, management, and customers. You will be supporting the Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services program, part of the United States Space Force. Think you're up to the task?
