Taking care of the big things and the little things is what we do.  As a Bell Clerk, multi-tasking skills and aloha spirit will be well-utilized as you coordinate the activities of our Arrival Team and provide engaging service to our guests.Hourly Rate:  $25.97What you will be doing:Coordinate activities of the Arrival TeamAnswer all incoming calls and accurately transfer callers to the appropriate extensions according to the resort’s standardsCommunicate internal and external guest requests via applicable resort softwareMaintain accurate records of all internal and external guest requests and follow-up with the necessary department and/or guests in the pre-determined time frameAssist Front Office with administrative duties as requiredCheck work stations for necessary equipment and set up and replenish as neededAssist in providing parking optionsCheck service stations for necessary equipment and set up: water, lei, towels, etc. as neededMaintaining communication of up to date, accurate information between guests, staff, management and our partners on a daily basisAble to share information about the resort and activities, island activities, restaurants, and other information as it pertains to guestsSchedule:  Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
