Club Concierge

The base salary range for this position is $27.10 - $28.14 hourly. Become one of the authors of our story. This role will curate unique and customized experiences for all our guests, creating memorable moments at Mauna Lani.Serve as the primary point of contact in the Club Lounge, providing concierge support and managing VIP interactions.Ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly.Maintain extensive knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.Manage guest profiles, maintain detailed request logs, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service.Set up and maintain the Club Lounge, including food and beverage displays, while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.Prepare and organize supplies for food and beverage service, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings.Utilize reservation management systems and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Adhere to departmental policies, safety procedures, and service standards while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
