We are looking for a self-starter who is detail-oriented and ready to help as needed. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, resourceful, and confident with outstanding organizational skills. You will primarily be responsible for assisting the team with general accounting tasks such as data entry, various customer service duties, as well as providing support to other areas within the company.
What you’ll do:
· Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
· Reconcile credit card statement/activity on a recurring basis
· Data entry of weekly vendor invoices
· Misc. data entry for multiple companies based on current work load
· Assist in various customer service items
· Assist with other projects as needed
· Light Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
What you bring to the table:
· 2+ years’ work experience or demonstrated ability to excel in an accounting role
· Experience using MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience using QuickBooks online
· Ability to work autonomously with a remote team
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to follow procedures and keep records
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Willingness to take initiative, accept additional responsibilities and assist others, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
