Disaster Response is the premiere restoration contractor in the areas we serve. We are an award-winning, culture-oriented, and fast-growing restoration/construction company with locations in McCall, Lewiston, Fruitland and Boise, Idaho – currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work out of our corporate office in the beautiful resort town of McCall, Idaho.
The successful candidate will be a team player, a motivated self-starter, problem solver, and detail oriented. Experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred. If you are well experienced in accounting and the accounts payable process, and ready to be part of the Disaster Response team, we are anxious to talk with you.
Position Responsibilities:
Heavy involvement and eventual ownership of the entire Accounts Payable process
Receive and process incoming Accounts Payable invoices
Track invoices to confirm they are coded, on time and approved through the appropriate channels
Reconcile statements from vendors and subcontractors
Handle and process expense reports from Disaster Response employees
Generate credit card expense reports for internal card holders
Verify expense report charges are coded properly and ready for entry
Upload and verify expense reports with QuickBooks online
Reconciliation and payment of credit cards, including vendor accounts and payments to vendors by credit card
Creation of subcontractor accounts and managing subcontractor documentation and compliance
Documentation of cost allocation relating to accounts payable with journal entries
Maintain and close jobs between multiple internal systems
Review, report, and monitor job costing company-wide
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of the Accounts Payable process and invoicing
