ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE
FOLLOWING:
Classifies and records financial transactions
Reconciles bank and credit card accounts in Online Quick Books
Processes invoices for services
Prepares bank deposits for cash and checks
Processes vendor payments for distribution
Maintains historical documents, filing records, etc
Works with an outside accounting
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Minimum of 3 year's of experience in accounts payable and receivables, general ledger and financial reports
Experience with Online Quickbooks required
This is a part-time position, 8 to 12 per week depending on season, will meet at my office in Ontario 1 day per week for 2 to 4 hours.
