The primary role of this position is to serve the nonprofit community through our Bookkeeping and Accounting Services which includes the following:Lead and direct the accounting process for your assigned portfolio of nonprofit clientsCoordinate workflow and tasks with your US and international team membersCommunicate expectations and project status extensively with both your assigned clients as well as internal teamsGuide best practice policies, procedures, and processes throughout the accounting cycleEnsure that all client processes and procedures are documented and maintainedReview and analyze financial data and reportsAbove all, provide a superior customer experience to your assigned clientsIf you're hard-working, dedicated to building your career, and passionate about serving non-profits, Our client is a perfect match that offers a career with both purpose and opportunity.Skills / QualificationsEducation: A Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business OR an Associates degree in finance is required.Work Experience: Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
