The Corporate Fixed Operations Director is ready to hire a dealership experienced Service Manager who has high volume experience. A manager and leader who has a talent for inspiring employees to be successful in their careers.
In search of a Service Manager who has a proven plan of processes and procedures that result in a smooth running service department where everyone knows what to do and how to do it.
The dealership has a very good local area customer base that has to travel to go to a competing dealership. With good customer service and work flow organization in place the customer base will continue and grow.
